Hoyt H. Houchen, 2110 Lipscomb, Amarillo, Texas, May 29: "After three years and eight months, I have resigned from the work with the Central church in Amarillo. The Lord blessed us with a fruitful labor, the visible results being 665 additions, of this number 203 were baptized, 147 restored, and 215 transfers of membership. I have accepted the work with the Highland church in San Antonio, Texas. I am to begin there on July 5th. I am looking forward to a very pleasant labor with that church. Presently I am in an enjoyable meeting with the West College Avenue church in Roswell, New Mexico, where Allen E. Johnson labors. After July 1st, my address will be 1403 Hicks, San Antonio, Texas. Correspondents will please take notice."

W. E. (Bud) Irvine, 501 Atlantic Ave., Long Beach, California, May 30: "After almost four years of most pleasant work with the Pruett and Lobit Streets church, formerly Murrill and Ashbel, in Baytown, Texas, we leave tomorrow night for Long Beach, California where we shall work with the Central congregation. Our work with the brethren here has been most enjoyable and we trust pleasing to the Lord. During our stay a preacher's home was erected as well as a new church building. Brother A. Hugh Clark of San Antonio is to begin work here July 1st. We wish him every success and know the Cause of Christ will prosper at this place. Last year I was in meetings at Bellflower, Wasco, Ontario, California, and Big Spring Texas. This year I have been in meetings in Salem and Rosenburg, Oregon, and South Park in Beaumont, Texas. I go back to South Park next year as well as Roseburg. I have meetings in Shafter, Wasco, and Delano, California, yet this year. Please pray for us in our new work."

Leslie Diestelkamp, 3421 Aldrich Ave. S., Minneapolis, Minnesota. During March and April I preached in meetings at St. James, Missouri, Bismarck, North Dakota, and Hibbing, Minnesota. Beginning July 12th, I am to be in meetings at Vienna, Alder Springs and Smyrna (all in Missouri). In May, Gordon Pennock preached in a meeting here in Minneapolis."

Dean Bullock, 312 N. Waldrip St., Grand Saline, Texas, May 29: "For the past two years I have served the congregation here. During this period of time we have enjoyed a very pleasant and fruitful work. In addition to the regular program of teaching and preaching, we have erected an adequate church building. I have accepted the invitation to begin with the church in Durant, Oklahoma, June 28. The opportunities for evangelism there are great. I shall be the speaker over radio station KSEO on "The Religious Question Hour," heard each Sunday morning at 8:15 o'clock, 750 on your radio dial. This program has a large listening audience in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and other states. I shall also teach the Bible to students of Southeastern State College. Brother J. F. Doggett of Tyler, Texas, has been selected to succeed me here. I anticipate for him an enjoyable ministry. I am scheduled to be with the church in Mineola, Texas, for a meeting June 8th through 17th. I begin a similar effort in Crockett, Texas, July 15."

Choice L. Bryant, 165 South 15th St., Salem, Oregon, May 28: "The church in Dallas, Oregon, is nearing the close of a protracted meeting in which I am serving as the visiting evangelist. Thus far, two confessions of wrong during the campaign. There are two services yet remaining and we are hoping there will be some to confess Christ and be baptized before the last service closes. There was one to confess wrongs and to determine to "renew faith" at the Central congregation in Salem during my absence. Brethren of our own membership filled the pulpit in my absence, and obviously did it well. I am to serve the Southwest congregation in Phoenix, Arizona, in a protracted meeting the last two weeks in June."

R. L. Logan, Oakland, California, May 29: "Need in a city of 400,000 population, a sound, forceful and experienced Gospel preacher with great zeal and quality of leadership. Salary approximately $400 per month, plus seven-room house. Contact brethren at Church of Christ, 531 Twenty Fifth St., Oakland, California."

J. T. Marlin, Box 917, Sweetwater, Texas, June 2: "We baptized a lady from New York Sunday who had never heard of the church until ten days before. Her husband professes to be an atheist; he was present when she was baptized after hearing her second gospel sermon. The Lord willing I leave conducting a tour through the Bible Lands and Europe June 8th returning July 17th."
